Session Terms & Information
By booking and attending your session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms.
Session Details
Each session includes:
20-minute outdoor portrait session
One outfit
One location
10 professionally edited digital images
Private online gallery for downloading your final images
Sessions are photographed exclusively during Golden Hour or Blue Hour to achieve the signature look of the Chasing Light series.
Location Selection
Clients may choose one of the recommended locations featured on the website or request a location of their choice.
Requested locations are subject to photographer approval based on lighting, accessibility, travel distance, and overall suitability for the Chasing Light experience.
Final meeting details will be confirmed before your session.
Editorial Style
Chasing Light is an editorial and lifestyle portrait experience.
Images are created with an emphasis on natural movement, authentic expression, artistic composition, and the unique qualities of available light.
By attending your session, you acknowledge that you have reviewed Brian Abreu Gomez's portfolio and understand the artistic style, editing approach, and overall aesthetic of this experience.
Editing requests that differ substantially from the photographer's established style cannot be accommodated.
Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session time.
Late arrivals may reduce the amount of shooting time available, as sessions are scheduled around optimal lighting conditions and cannot be extended.
Weather
Outdoor sessions are weather dependent.
If weather conditions make photography unsafe or unsuitable, the photographer will reschedule the session at no additional charge.
Image Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered through a private online gallery within the stated turnaround time.
Only fully edited images selected by the photographer or client will be delivered.
RAW or unedited files are not included.
Payment
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve a session date.
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
The retainer is non-refundable.
Clients may request one complimentary reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may require a new retainer.
Creative Direction
The photographer will provide posing guidance and creative direction throughout the session.
Clients are encouraged to trust the creative process, as the resulting images reflect the artistic vision and style of Brian Abreu Gomez.
Image Usage
Brian Abreu Gomez retains the copyright to all photographs.
Clients receive a personal-use license to download, print, and share their edited images.
Commercial or advertising use requires written permission and may be subject to additional licensing fees.

By booking and attending a Chasing Light: Summer Editorial session, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms and agree to participate in an editorial-style outdoor portrait experience photographed in Brian Abreu Gomez's artistic style.
